About Us
Williamsburg Health and Rehabilitation Center is located in Southeastern Kentucky, also known as "The Gateway to the Cumberlands." We provide many services including 24-hour nursing, physicians, radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy services. We also provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy. We provide on-site educational training to residents, employees, and healthcare students. Individual needs are met by a caring and dedicated staff.
Our fun-filled recreational and therapeutic activity programs keep the residents functioning at their highest level. Programs are individualized according to the resident's interests. Music therapy is provided at Williamsburg Health and Rehabilitation Center. Our resident group, "The Southern Bells", is made up of several residents and has gained local and state recognition by performing out in the community.
Williamsburg Health and Rehabilitation Center is committed to providing special events and activities for our residents. Our residents and families always enjoy our annual “Ms. Williamsburg Health and Rehabilitation Center Pageant". Miss Kentucky is always present as our special guest. The resdidents also enjoy being a part of the Red Hat Society and Bridge Club that meets every month for a special luncheon and meeting.
Williamsburg Health and Rehabilitation Center thinks it is very important for the residents to have continuation of life activities such as cooking class and gardening.
Our home is decorated to provide a warm feeling in a home-like atmosphere for the enjoyment of the residents, families, and friends. We are beautifully decorated to fit each season and holiday. Resident rooms are personalized to fit each resident's individual preferences and give them the feeling of home. We are an award winning facility and many of our staff and programs have been recognized by the Kentucky Association of Health Care Facilities.
